How come there isn't a DVC trip report section?

How come there isn't a special area for DVC Trip Reports?

Was there at one time?

No big deal, just curious.

I would think the trip reports board should suffice for all types of trip reports - if the information is thought to be valuable and should be shared then I think a posting here is warranted as well.

For example, I posted my OKW report here since I was suspicious of all the OKW happy people and I titled my post OK, some OKW Humble Pie for me......and I apologies to all OKW lovers past, present and future

Recently another valuable post re benches at BCV was put on the board and attracted some unfair comments in my opinion but nonetheless was valuable information to be shared with the community

We would love any DVC Trip Reports you may like to post right here on our DVC Board. We are able to share and enjoy the DVC aspects and relive our own vacations by looking thru others eyes, sometimes.

Of course you can also utilize the regular Trip Reports Board, but feel free to share DVC Reports here too! Thank you for asking!!

I would usually post a link on here to any trip reports I do. If there are issues or subjects that I feel are DVC specific I would repeat or underline them on this board with a brief commentary/explanation.
I do usually post any Vero or HH trip reports on these boards as , IMHO, they are likely to be of little interest to the majority of readers on this site, but may possibly be of interest to DVC members who haven't as yet sampled the pleasures of the non WDW DVC resorts.

There once was only one board on this site, now there are too many in my opinion. The only one I go to is this one. I think trip reports are nice but I never read them unless they are about something I should know about OKW or DVC like so many have reported on the problems at BCV. These are a great service to us and hope people continue to report problems but normal trip reports are not worth reading. I have seen some real sad ones years ago, about the struggle some people go through just to go to WDW, they really made me wonder.

Another opinion-
I enjoy reading trip reports and find them helpful. I think positive trip reports help to balance out the negative ones, and provide insight for those hoping to purchase DVC but want more info. They are time consuming to write, and require effort, and I commend the people who take the time to write them.
