How close is Vero Beach to being sold out?

I'm just curious. Hasn't VB been around a long time. If so why can you still buy it from Disney. It's only like 150 rooms right? I thought it would have been sold out a long time ago. What's the deal?

Remember, it's not about the rooms, it's about the points. VB has never been a hot seller. Dunno why, it's a goregous resort.

We hear its going to sell out this spring.

But, we have heard that every year for the last five years.

It should be all sold out in the very near future, as there are just dribs and drabs available now, in various use-years. I keep thinking I should buy some, esp at current pricing.

The resort is 175 Vacation Homes. My understanding is that it is sold-out. (The VB is selling out announcement is no longer on the member site). They have some inventory for add-ons, just like all the other resorts sometimes have this to offer.

Does anybody know what the current promotions for Vero Beach are by any chance? I read 69 points with the magical beginings not too long ago on these boards if not mistaken, seemed like a great deal to me.

Thanks,
Vince

PAMOKW is right. Vero is no longer listed as being for sale on the DVC member site, and they had deals listed for it for a long time.

So it is either sold out, or fairly close to being sold. :wave2:

While at WDW 1 week ago, my sister wanted to go to the presentation(I'm already a member). We were told that VB is sold out. They are only selling SSR.
