How can you get a voucher for Disney Village?

I've seen on the French Disney Village site that there is a 15% discount voucher for some of the Disney Village restaurants. (http://disney-village.disneylandparis.fr/offres/index.xhtml)

If I remember correctly, last year you could download this voucher and gave it at the restaurant for 20% discount.

Do you know how you can get such a voucher? Do you have to book a package with a French address?

If this is like the card voucher that was around last year, you could also get it from any of the participating restaurants.

I just asked for a card in one of the restaurants, I think it was Cafe Mickey, then used it for that meal.

The discount tickets you mention .... do they just offer these during "out of busy season" or during the whole year .... 15% discount is alot especially if 8 of us are eating

I have just looked at the french link, and it basically, ignoring the promotional crap, says that there is a card called "Discover Disney Village Restaurants" which gives 15% discount 1/1/08 to 30/9/09 when you show the card. But it doesn't say how you get one.

i wasnt offered one in any restaraunt in the village but i did get a voucher for 20% off king ludwigs when i ate at the rainforest
