How can I tell if an email I sent in response to a private message went? I am one of the affected ones that has had trouble accessing the boards, and my connection to the boards seemed to drop out while I was sending the email. Can you let me know?

You can check to see if the recipient received a pm. I don't think there is a any way to do that with email, other than asking the recipient. I'll check into it though and let you know if I find out otherwise.
