I've been cracking my knuckles for about 6 years. I used to do it occationally...then it got more and more and now I can't stop! It's a psychological thing. It's not like I HAVE to do it because there's tension or anything. I just do it...to do it.
So now...how can I stop?? I know it takes 21 days to break a habit...but I just don't know how to get the process of stopping started. Anyone have any ideas?
