How can I resize an avatar??

I have an avatar I want to use but it is JUST over the 4000k so I can't use it. I've tried to resize it myself but whenever I do it resaves without any motion. (it flips between a few characters.) Anyone know what to do???

Woo-hoo! I did it! LOL Of course staring at it now, I'm wondering if there is anyway to slow it down LOL

Bad news. I couldn't get it down to the required size. We can get almost any clip that size, but animations are pushing it. Maybe one of the other tech wizards would have some luck. If not, I guess you'll just have to change them yourself every once in a while.

Dropping a frame would do it.

I could get it down better if I had the originals but these low quality frames just get worse if I remove some of the colors. It looks pretty bad going to 64 but it fits the parameters. Mickey gets very splotchy and you wouldn't want it.

JC, I've got 3 of the 4 here. They're not originals, but they are better quality.
