How can I plan when Extended Evening Hours only go through May 4th?

What do you do in this predicament?
I can make my ADRs for our May trip, in a couple weeks, BUT I wanted to choose our park days based on the Extended Evening Hours, but they haven't released anymore dates for it?
UGH, they insist we plan, then don't make it possible.

Park hours are normally being released 70 days before so gives 10 days to plan. Extended Evening Hours normally follow a pattern. I would check out this thread:

Other than one week, it’s been Epcot on Monday and MK on Wednesday.

So far, but if you include upcoming announced Extended Evening hours, there are two more exceptions. This week was MK Monday and Epcot Wednesday. The week of March 28 is Epcot Monday and MK Tuesday. The week of April 11 is Epcot Monday and HS Wednesday.

Edit: Oops! I missed one. MK was Friday February 4, not Wednesday the 2nd.
