How Can I Make This Work?

Last minute (2 weeks out) trip planning. We will do one in day in MK. Was able to snag an 8:20 AM PPO BOG. Problem is, I just bought tickets online and fearing they might not get here in time, have them to pick up at Will Call (I'm assuming any Guest Relations or Ticket Window). Problem is, our flight arrives at 11:30 PM the night before and we are staying off-site. I have a magic band so I'm assuming my tickets will be linked there, but DH does not? Anyway to get his ticket so we can get in at 8 am (Park Opens at 9) for our 8:20 reservation? We were hoping to eat and them get inline for 7dmt by 9. The only thing I can think of is switching to a Disney Resort, but we are staying at Hilton Bonnet Creek on points so I'm not sure I want the extra cost. I haven't been able to get a 7dmt FF+ so this seemed the best option to ride with minimal wait. Thanks!

See if you can purchase a magic band from the disney store online and get it shipped in time before you leave. If the tickets are all linked to your account and you each have a magic band then you won't need the physical tickets. That said, you could also just get there early enough to visit guest services in the morning- they shouldn't be too busy then.

Thanks, I had considered buying the magic band, but the cost plus shipping is kinda high...what time does Guest Services typically open? I just want to make sure they will be open in time.

It might be close getting to 7DMT by 9. I know when we ate at BOG we had to wait in line for a while, then get seated, then wait for the food, then eat....you may not pull it off in 40 minutes. Plus if it's your first time there, you NEED to look around, it's really awesome in there! Good luck and Enjoy your trip!!
