How can I get my pin #?

I went to book the general public discount and found out I had a pin attached to my name for 40% off.
I booked our May trip and now am doing the typical "should I change resorts or add extra nights" dilemma? I called back and the CM told me that she can't see my pin but can just tell me its 40% from May 8-27th.
Is this true? I thought I could get my pin and play around online with different options. IS there a way to get the details on this offer or the actual pin attached to my name?
Or does anyone have the details on this one?

Something a little odd is going on. Read my post about "booked for May but no idea what discount". Similar thing happened to me and now my Reservation of messed up/gone or something...
