I don't think your egg will hatch because I can't link to it. You may have just copied the graphic. You need to try it again. Click on one of my eggs, it will take you to the main page. Choose and egg and copy the code that's in the box underneath it. You'll want the box on the right (there are 3). Then paste that text into your signature.

ETA: Make sure you copy the entire code, it scrolls down several lines inside the box
