How can I contact management at HRH?

On the Universal/Orlando Web site, they list this number as the HRH # - 407-503-2000. I thought I saw a 1-800 or 1-888 # listed somewhere on this site (save some long-distance $'s!).

I hope you have GOOD thoughts to share, and not complaints! We're staying there at the end of August...

If you do have complaints I suggest e-mailing Loews directly. After staying in a butler villa at the Portifino a few years ago, I spoke to management upon leaving about a few things. He encouraged me to give him a call when we returned. He was GREAT!!!! Oh my god and a cute British gentlemen at that. But prior to our trip the next year I e-mailed Loews who in turn sent my e-mail to the head of Orlando operations. Within 1 day I had a reply and needless to say I was very pleased with my stay in the HRH that trip.
