How can I buy WDW items online?

Can anyone help me? I am wanting to purchase a few items for the children for xmas. I know I had read somewhere that there is a WDW Merchandising Telephone Line. Does anyone know the # for this and can you call and order specific items and have them shipped to your home. I found one website that sells many official items but they really hit you with a shopping fee. Anyone know of any sites to purchase WDW items from home?
