We have been around the 15th of Feb for my bday and it was not bad at all! In fact, my favorite times are Jan/Feb and early March. It isnt hot, isnt crowded, and I just love it. You can breeze thru the rides and relax, walk slow and just take in scenery like never before w/out a bunch of guests around you.

I definately love it then.
