How busy last week in Sept.?

My daughter and I had planned on going sept. 12th and 13th, but just found out HM will not be up yet. It is my grand daughters favorite ride and we forgot it is taken down for Halloween overlay. So we knew the 12th and 13th would be pretty slow, hotel rates cheaper, etc. buuuut we are going to go the last week in Sept. instead. We can't go the week after the 12th and 13th due to school pictures and we want to go mid-week. So is the last week kinda slow?

I've been twice in September, after Labor Day. Both times it has been very slow, but the weather is still nice which is why it's one of my favorite months to go! In fact, we're going this year. I am anticipating lines for Cars Land but hope that the DL crowd is normal.
