How busy is the end of February?

We are trying to plan a trip with DH's family and one family can only go the last week of February, a time we have never been to WDW. How busy is it? Does this catch a lot of spring breaks? We don't love WDW when it's crowded...

If president's week falls on the same week you go it will be very busy. If your week is the same as Mardi Gras it can be somewhat busy. In absence of either it will be very empty and wait times should be very low, 15 to 20 minutes would be an extremely long wait.

The less busy it is, the better chance the parks close early and they will be doing renovations/fixes on different attractions.

I did a poll a few weeks ago asking when school breaks were next year. The last week of Feb and first of March were low times.

Thanks everyone, it sounds like maybe the last week of Feb. is a good week since President's Week is the week before.

That's when we're going... it's definitely not cheap on the DVC points, but at least it sounds like it's not too busy. It's the University of Michigan's spring break, so it's actually nice to get away from the cold February weather.
