How busy is it President's Day week?

I'm looking waaaay ahead to 2024, but I'd really like to get out to DL & DCA in Feb 2024. It looks like PD would be the best week for us to go (Feb 19-23), but could possibly do the following week (Feb 25- Mar 1) if the crowds would be significantly lower. I will try to get VGC DVC rooms, but I'm also willing to just get a good hotel across the street.

President's Day week is usually quite busy. If the following week is an option for you, I might consider that instead.

As more and more schools take extended "ski weeks" around President's Day, it's getting more and more crowded. I would opt for the week after.
