How busy is it on a Friday?

Hi guys!
I've just about gotten over my post tokyo jet lag, so before the end of holiday blues can set in I'm focusing on my next trip to Paris!
We are popping over for 3 nights, mainly to see a couple of our favourite acts at the Jazz Sur Seine jazz festival. But I could hardly visit Paris without a day in dlp and I certainly can't miss the opportunity to finally get my better half inside the parks.
The only day we can spend there is Friday 23rd October. In my many visits to dlp I've never been on a Friday or Saturday. I'm assuming/hoping that Fridays are considerably quieter than Saturdays?
Can anyone give me an indication of how busy I should expect it to be on Friday 23rd? With my boyfriend in tow the focus will be on cramming as many thrill rides in as possible!

Whole of France has Fall break, as do parts of UK, Netherlands, most parts of Germany. You've picked a very bad time to be going with so many countries being off school. It'll be very busy no doubt especially with it being the last week of Halloween season as well. use FP where you can and get there by 9.30 AM when the gates open, that way you can get some things done before queues really start to build up. Sorry to be the bad news bearer but better knowing what you're in for and being able to prepare for it than arriving there to a complete surprise.

Oh yuck! It was cheap for us as Scottish schools are not off, I didn't realise everyone else would be!
Never mind, we will still manage to get some stuff done and it cannot be worse than the mania I experienced at universal studios in japan - never knew there could be crowds like that!!
It's still worth going since we will be in Paris anyway. I hope at the very least to ride ToT, RnRC, space mountain and Btm. Obviously to watch the Halloween stuff and dreams too. I've already booked dinner at inventions.
Thanks for the heads up, at least I know what I'm in for. Wish there was some way to get my bf in for EMH (I've got an AP) so we could at least tick off space mountain early!!

Well the ones you summed up all have fastpass so I'm sure you'll manage. Don't forget you can have a fastpass in each park at the same time, it's a bit mad running around from one to the other and back but it helps ticking rides off your to do list. If you grab a FP each time as soon as you can get a new one I'm sure you'll get the big rides done. Is it an option to book a Disney hotel for 1 night? That way you'll get EMH and maybe you could stay later at nighttime as well if you don't have to head back to Paris until morning?

Wouldn't be my first time running between the parks for FPs! Sounds like it will be vital this time, although my dear boyfriend is likely to be highly confused by all my strategising.
Good idea re the hotel but it wouldn't really be practical this time - plus we've got a nice hotel booked in Paris :) sleepy train ride after dreams I reckon!

You start the day with a dreamy train ride after sleep, and end it with a sleepy train ride after dreams. Have a great day.
