How busy is 1st MVMCP?

My husband and I want to attend the MVMCP when we go in Nov. and the first one fits our schedule best with ADR's and such, but my grandma is having some health issues and I am afraid to buy them ahead of time in case we have to cancel our vacation. I am afraid not to buy them too in case we go and then it is sold out and can't go at all. Just how busy is the 1st party of the year? And do you think I could wait to buy them when I get there?

Considering that Nov. 8 (this year) is on a Monday during a work and school week, the chances of it being a sell-out will be far less than a weekend party nearer to traditional "holiday time."

Robo is correct....I really see no chance of that selling out...its usually only the last 2 or 3 that sell out or the last 2 fridays...I have never heard of a Nov party selling out, dont mean it hasnt happened, I have just never heard of it...We went last Nov 14th on a Sunday and it was a ghost town for the party
