We are going 9/3 - 9/11. We are doing 4 Disney days and 2 Universal. Staying on Disney property. I definitely don't want to do a split stay, so we won't have Express Pass or early entry or anything. If we get to each park at opening or shortly there after and head to HP both times, will we be OK? How long are lines in Sept? Thanks!

September crowds are very light. You should be fine without express.

What about on a day with HHN? We expect to go on a Sunday and Monday in late Sept, and it will close early Sunday due to HHN. We're staying at Cabana Bay, so no built-in express. Our ticket choices are 3 for 2 from UT (and we may or may not get benefit of the third day) or 2 day with EU direct from USO.

I forgot about HHN. How early does that start. Our trip is 9/3-9/11 - do I need to worry about this or am I going early enough, it won't be a factor?

It doesn't start till the 16th September.

It doesn't really affect crowds massively. Later in the afternoon people who are doing the stay and scream areas will filter in to Studios. That's about it.

IOA is open later on these nights, usually 7 or 8pm.

We will have a day or two at Universal sometime around that time range too. (I think we have a homeschool Disney class on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. We haven't figured out our exact plans). We will be off- site and I think we will be just fine.
