How busy are Star Wars weekends?

We are not interested in any of the special events, meeting characters or even riding Star Tours. We want to go to Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, ToT, RnRC, and TSM. We may also do BLT and IJ.Should we avoid DHS on May 29-31 or will it be ok?

Wondering the same thing...but we're actually interested in about half of the SWW activities. Going to DHS for a full day prior to this, but was thinking of touring slowly that day and doing the more "girly" shows during SWW. Will those shows tend to be flooded with all the non-SW peeps who ended up there accidentally/unavoidably?

Should you find yourself wanting to go to the studios during Star Wars Weekend and are not interested in the Star Wars things... you will be ok... MOSTLY. Get there early (Just like the Star Wars Folk) and you won't have a problem. Much of the crowd will be doing the Star Wars thing so the other half of the park and attractions won't be any busier than normal.*FOR THE MOST PART* Last year though... Star Wars attractions ended around 7:30 pm so the crowd filtered into the rest of the park at that time and it suddenly became busier. This year, because they moved the dates, I don't know what the hours of the park will be. At any rate... You still should make any dining reservations now because they will be effected and you will run into crowds on that side of the park (From Indiana Jones, Star Tours, Through to the backside of the Muppets 3d area) But go and have fun! And make sure you get fast passes for say --- Toy Story Mania and others because the Star Wars People will still go for them. And they run out very early.
