We are going to WDW from 10/1-10/8. How buggy will it be at that time? We're used to November when it's perfect out! I'm trying to decide whether to bring bug spray or not. Thanks!
It's not quite like it is now then, but if bugs bother you, I'd probably still bring some spray. Highs are likely to still be at least in the low 80's, with some humidity.
When we stayed at the Ft. Wilderness Cabins, we used bug spray to sit out on the deck. Otherwise, at all the other resorts we've stayed at I haven't noticed bugs at all. It must be that WDW magic.
The only time I ever noticed bugs was on our trip in June and we were sitting on one of the bridges between the castle and Adventureland to watch Spectromagic. The next day I had little bites on my feet (wearing flip flops)...like 7-10 on each foot and the lower parts of my legs. That was the only time I ever noticed bugs at all, and I didn't even notice them at the time!
