How budget friendly was everyone's weekend?

We did great!

Friday $0. I went to a make up work out class and we ate at home.
Saturday $0. We did go to Home Depot and buy $46 worth of plants, but we had a $50 gift card from Christmas, so score! We also ate dinner at home.
Sunday $18 at PetSmart for dog food, $10 at publix, $30 gas. Ate at home

So $58 overall. Not bad. Plus I did some overtime/work at home this weekend.

Mine was absolutely terrible. We are leaving on vacation next week and DD needed basically an entirely new Summer wardrobe, complete with new tennis shoes, swimsuits and underthings. Ugh. :(

DH worked all weekend and I didn't keep the car. Spent $0

Friday, Casino Visit... I won! WOoHOo
Saturday, Art Show...free entrance, but the Art wasn't.
Sunday, Play for 3...n dinner

Uh... this was Not a Budget friendly weekend, at all....nuf said lol
( my win was put into my Disney Fund...
But it wasn't a big win..)

Let's see...checking my spending notes on my phone...OOPS...
Menards: $56.00 (salt for water softener, new toothbrushes, swiffer refills and a 35' tape measure.
Eating out: Uggh: $56.00
Groceries: $36.00 (corned beef and cabbage related)

Sometimes, you "have" to buy stuff and sometimes...you don't but you do anyway. I need to be more mindful.

Friday- DD got her wisdom teeth out $1191.00 and we paid $0 thank goodness for double coverage.
Meds $5x2 =$10
Saturday- Lunch KFC for 3 she wanted mash potato n gravy under $20
Sunday- bought a gel heat pack for DD's face/jaw $10
my rx $10
Dinner subway used $15 gift card

I'm happy with what we spent. I was planning on atleast spending $250 or more for DD's oral surgery

I have been feeling terrible, so we stayed home and ate at home all weekend. I did buy cloth diapers on sale at Target yesterday for $120, but that money came out of our baby fund, so I don't really count it as weekend spending.

Next weekend I hope to feel better so we can go see Beauty and the Beast and eat out at our favorite Japanese restaurant (with a 1/2 price Groupon). :)

Not good. My second job was closed. Friday Pizza and wings out $80 for a family of 7. We did have left overs though.
Sunday Beauty and the Beast $22 lunch after $50. Walmart for meat $60

Only spent money on groceries this weekend. Stayed home and did some much needed cleaning and painting and cooking up stuff to make my life easier this week (and to avoid spending $$ on take out)!

Not good - just registered DD for her first year of college on Saturday and had to sign the Financial Award letter for next year! Well, technically, I guess I didn't PAY anything out YET...
Other than that...it was more than normal. DS had friends over for March Madness - had to spring for pizza and extras for that. My DD and I couldn't stand the noise so we went out to dinner to escape the chaos for a couple hours. And then just a small grocery shop because we went to Costco last weekend. In total, about $100.00 more than a normal weekend when we do nothing because we are saving for Disney in June!

That depends on how you look at it.
We made a large purchase because the items were on sale, saving $200. However we had to purchase other things to go with that ended up eating up the savings. So we spent, but at the same time not as much as we could have.
Is that considered budget LOL

Hmmmm..... probably not overly budget friendly...but a great weekend nonetheless! friday night, dinner out with friends- $46.00 -Saturday, family brunch all day, then dinner out and a movie (Beauty and the Beast!) $30.00 Sunday, lunch out with some friends... $37.00...... so three days in a row eating out..... it was great! Ha..... we usually don't eat out that much but the companionship was nice this weekend

Great for spending!! I got some popcorn at the store Friday to do a Disney movie night. DS3.5 was scared to death of Oliver & Company but ate more popcorn than DH and I combined. How did I not remember the movie involved a kidnapping and people getting killed? I spent a lot of time organizing the nursery for DS due in late May (pulling out all of DS3.5's stuff from the last four years!) and DH put together a new dining room table and chairs. I spent the $1000 on the dining set a few weeks ago so that doesn't count right? :confused3

Well ours wasn't budget friendly at all. But we did get a lot of stuff accomplished :)

Friday - DD6 was out of school and I took a PTO day from work. We shared a Happy meal plus an extra drink ($5) on our way to a hair appointment for us both ($93). The hair has been planned for months so no regrets there; the lunch could have been avoided but I didn't take the time to eat before we left home. That evening we (adding DH now) went out to dinner at Olive Garden ($45), bought DD a Bible (which was the purpose of this outing $27), a trip to Target ($54) for a birthday present, some sodas, and various other things that just happened to jump in my cart, and a trip to Walmart for weekly groceries ($56). We are cleaning out the freezer and pantry this week or otherwise the groceries would be double that - so there is a plus.

Saturday - $0. Woo hoo! We went to a Dolly and Me tea that had been paid for over a month ago, and a birthday party (hence the gift from Target on Friday)

Sunday - $16 at Dollar General because I forgot cat litter on Friday, and some basketball watching snacks that we didn't need. I should have sent DH - he stays on task better. And then $55 on an online order to Kohls taking advantage of their wonderful coupon codes and sales right now. DD is set for pj's and some other things for next winter.

No money spent here and actually worked on Sunday to head to Florida a day early later in the week. Let the countdown begin.

Pretty bad considering I was volunteering and not playing.. but I ended up having lunch with my peers both days and since I wasn't around my husband went to visit his Mom which required an extra tank fill up. Yesterday was a friends birthday and we paid for dinner for all of us... on top of going out to happy hour for St Patty's day on Friday. It was all pretty low key, but definitely not cheap! :)

Not very here either..

Friday-dinner at home, Corned beef while my oldest dd was helping at the fish fry at church...FYI, I am a non practicing catholic, don't go to church, kids quit CCD 2 yrs ago and she was asked by a friend to help.

Saturday-me target, younger dd needed a bathing suit or so I thought but she refused to try on and the ones she has fit her...but she can always use another. I bought $5 t shirts from target. DH took DS to staples to get him a binder.

Sunday-$230 at kohls with 15% off and $10 coupon. $20 ish is going back because the bathing suit for my son does not have a Liner and he swims, not walks along the beach with his underwear hanging out of his waste band. It was all mostly stuff for vacation.

$30 at grocery store.
