If you take out the Pirate Rooms, CBR has the exact footprint as POFQ. It is a great resort, and I have no problems walking the resort, even with having had both knees replaced.
But as it is, CBR is large. And even with only having had relatively minor knee surgery, I didn't appreciate the size of it. I would only stay at CBR again if I paid for a preferred room.If you take out the Pirate Rooms, CBR has the exact footprint as POFQ. I meant Riverside, but I get your point. POR and CBR are the exact same acreage...200 acres. POR has 2048 rooms and CBR has 2112. A 64 room difference. That is like saying if you took out the Bayou rooms POR would be the same size as POFQ.But as it is, CBR is large. Meant POR. I get them confused.CBR has 2,112 rooms, 384 are pirate rooms -- that leaves 1,728 non-pirate rooms. POFQ has 1,008.....not even close to the same size comparison.

Yup. Confused POFQ with POR.Absolutely NOT correct. POFQ footprint would be equal to Barbados and Martinique only.
No one is saying it's not walkable, I mean you are walking the parks, but it is a very large resort due to the two story buildings spread out around a large lake. It is the biggest of the moderates walking wise. I had 7 bus stops and an internal bus, way more than the others. Agree for many it's not big deal, for for those who are not interested in walking at the resort they need to know.

How is the bus service? I know there are 7 stops, but wondering how much time it takes getting around before you're off to your destination Also, is the preferred room location first bus pick up / drop off? We've tried POR and CSR, looking to try something new.
