How big do you make menu card so you know they will fit inside the napkin?

I am making my own menu cards for my tables. I was planning on doing them on white paper and then mounting them on light blue paper so that add color to the table when I put them inside the white napkins. I figure this would add color without having to pay for light blue napkins. How do you know how big to make them so when they are placed inside of the napkin that is folded into a pocket that thet fit?

I think the napkin can be folded to fit the card as long as they're not "extra wide" or something.

4x6,3x5 will also work.

this is based of ours. Dont forget to have a decent edge on them.
