Mine are about the size of a golf ball or a little smaller. I don't make them too big because I want to make sure they are cooked in the middle.

DH is going to have a big plate of Rigatoni w/gravy, hot italian sausage and meatballs!

Blondie - I used sweet sausage this time, I usually use both. Not sure what I was thinking!!! I also put spare ribs in today. I made huge pot. I think Chris' Mom and brother are comming for dinner. Then we freeze the rest. - We're having Rigatoni too! LOL

I rarely make meatballs, but when I do, I like them big.
