How big are the seats on Soarin'?

The description I read of the seats on Soarin' said that they are divided seats with grab handles on each side of each seat and no lap bar. Has anyone of "size" been on it? How big are the seats? Will they accommodate a Pooh sized "seat"? Also, are the seatbelts good sized?

I'm a big guy and I've had no problem riding Soarin' at DCA. I have problems with rides at Six Flags parks, but have always found Disney rides to be very size friendly. If you can fit on all other Disney rides, you can fit on Soarin'

I'm a little guy ( 5'9'' and 165lbs ) and I had a lot of extra room...should I have needed it. I think the seats are about the size of Rockin' Roller Coaster, possibly slightly larger.

the seats are fairly roomy shouldn't think you will have a problem, 10 people can ride soaring sat side by side so a family of 5 would have no problem . we were lucky to get vip passes on our recent trip, opens offically may 05 or so we were told. cool ride.

Hi! I am pooh-sized and altho I haven't ridden the ride at WDW I did ride it last Oct at Disneyland and fit fine in the seats and actually were very roomy. Size 28 and going down.

My 6yrold went on this ride and loved it. They have a between the knees strap for younger or small people.

So long as they meet the 40" height requirement and aren't terribly afraid of heights or flying, then it's the perfect ride for anybody.
