How bad will Pop Century be over Memorial Day weekend

Hi,

I am trying to price out all the resorts online that interest me so I can have a good idea what I am working with when I go to AAA in the morning.

What kind of crowds will I see Memorial Day weekend at Pop Century. I am basically just looking for some place to lay my head down at and maybe go back to in the afternoon for a swim.

The difference between the Mods and Values for 8 nights is $425.
