I would say that as a huge fan and lover of MS (it's one of my favortie rides in the whole world), there are a few things that people need to remember about the ride to enjoy it.
1. Don't ride it if you don't like tight spaces or are claustrophobic; it is meant to be a simulator to give a very realistic space vehicle; if you look at pictures of the space shuttle and aircraft cockpits, they are actually quite tight.
2. If you suffer from motion sickness, don't go on the ride.
3. If you do go on the ride, DON'T LOOK AROUND unless you DO want to see how the ride works and that you are spinning. If you look straight ahead you'll be ok and make sure you don't close your eyes either.
3. Read the warning signs before you go on the ride, when in doubt don't do it. It's your choice.
On that note, I am sorry to hear that some of you have had a bad experience on this ride, it is absolutely wonderul and well done. I have to give kudo's to Disney for making this investment as it is a wonderful learning experience for those who want to know more about the US Space Program and they have excellent props, learning resource material and vehicles on display.
As well, Gary Sinese does an awesome job in this ride que, which really provides that extra Disney touch. As I don't suffer from motion sickness or other detriments in regards to theme park rides (I'm a coaster junkie); those like me will find the ride exhilirating, exciting, educational, fascinating (especially if you're a space enthusiast) and wonderful; this ride truly is a mondern technological work of art and thank you to Disney & NASA for showing us this part of your world.
