I have been to September sold out parties. Are October sold out parties "more sold out" (more crowded) than September? Do they oversell them because the demand is greater? We were planning on doing 4 parties, but now that I see the price point, Im thinking only 3. Thinking the 26, 27 and 1st.

Not to my knowledge.

Pretty sure sold out is the same as sold out.

We've gone all different times, many times in September, a few in October. Last year went to party right before Halloween - it was probably sold out and it was fine. Same as the sold out September parties we went to. I had been doing 2 per year for a decade and last year decided to do just one. It was one of our best in years.

I kind of wondered the same thing, ie do they sell more tickets for Oct 31. The price sure is higher. I can go either 10/31 or 11/1 but the 31st works better for my itinerary. Wish it wasn't so much more expensive!

They sell out pretty fast but couldn't really say if they let more in or not..

I've seen weather have the next party date get a little more crowded but you can't predict if the party before yours will get rained out.

We went last year on the 31st (warm, clear weather) and had an empty table at next to us at the dessert party. The only time it felt "crowded" was in the roped off viewing area for Boo-to-You.. I think that was mostly due to non-party goer's sneaking in (although eventually being identified by cast members and asked to leave.)

We love the parade and as the night progresses rides are literally walk on. You can ride the mountains over and over with no wait.

This reason alone makes the party worth it IMO. And, if you think about it, they're obviously limiting the number of tickets. We've been to a "soldout" September party and the only thing that really had a line was 7DMT but that was the year it opened.
