how bad is easter weekend???

this is the only time i will be able to go...april 5-9th 2007...that would be holy thursday til easter monday...we would def take advantage of evening EMH as we love to stay out late...but be honest...is it managable or impossible???

Of course it's manageable! You'll need to plan and have a good idea of what you want to do when, but it's definitely do-able. Have fun!

That said... it is extremely crowded.

You would not be able to do everything you want. I went during Easter 2005 and will not go again over that holiday.

alot of it depends on when the school breals all into place. We went this past easter, and the only ride that was a ridiculous wait time was sorin.

if the hours are anything like this past easter, the mk will be open until midnight each night and until 3 am on EMH nights. We were there this past April and although we are more morning people, we enjoyed our trip. We were there and used the morning EMH at the MK and epcot. the MK mornings were wonderful, people don't like to get up at 5:30 when on vacation. we have pictures at the MK with almost no one else around. It is certainly do able, just have a plan and realize that there will be lots of other people there. One difference for next year is that the NE states for the most part have vacation later, since our vacation is not based on easter.

We go every year at Easter...Our experience has been that Good friday, Holy saturday and Easter morning are very managable . After church lets out and people have their Easter Dinner the parks are jammed until the following Thursday and friday they clear out again. We too are morning people and just plan well for riding and getting fast passes at the same time. It is really bad the years that everyone seems to have Spring Break at the same time ..that usually is when Easter falls the last weekend in March. The next time that will happen is 2008, we will just spend less time at the parks and more at the pool that year. Have a great time
