How bad are the crowds from Oct 28-Nov 6?

I have always went in May or Aug. My son would only miss 3 days of school if we go around Halloween but I am concerned about crowds. Any thoughts ? Thanks

we will be there oct 29-nov 8. MNSSHP on the 30th. it will be busier on the weekend, but crowds SHOULD be ok for the following week. we will be at BWI and poly, maybe I will see you there!

Crowds at AK and Epcot were not bad this past year at this time (except AK on EMH - morning day). However, MK was PACKED and DS was very busy in the afternoon/evening. We're considering an early Oct. visit this year.
