How are you using voucher numbers for best rate?

Hi ... situation is that we have (just last week) expired passes right now but want to best rate for Christmas so my dh called and called and someone finally was able to give him a voucher number after he bought a NEW Premium Annual Pass. We're going Christmas week and just realized we needed to get on the ball.

Never mind.... I called ticketing and was able to get the information I needed.
