How are the hold times now??

hey has it died down any?? What are your current hold times like?? I was on hold this morning for over and hour an again for 45 min.

I have been on hold for about 20 minutes now. I am using the 800 number

I called the 800 # about 10 minutes ago (11:10a, Indiana time)and was on hold for less than 3 minutes.

I was on hold for 13 min. just before, then my DH beeped in-I talked to him about the AP rates for approx. 10 min. When I hung up the phone, it rang back and I was still on hold. Then 2 minutes later a CM was on the phone and I was able to switch my added night for my Oct. trip from Poly to GF (I just booked it this am)

1:30 EST, called 800 number and waited about 12 minutes.
