How are the crowds?

I am taking my daughter to USF/IOA for her 9th bday on Monday April 21st. How are the crowds? Will the spring breakers be gone by then. Going from 04/21 to 04/27. How is the weather? Would it be okay to pack shorts and capri's? Do we need to pack jeans and jackets? I checked the weather and it is going to be in the low 80's for the beginning of the week.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It'll be busy during that time as Spring Breaks wrap up. As for temps, it'll be around 80 to 90 degrees. If the north has another freak snowstorm, then it can get pretty cold as the cold weather decends down to Florida.

Yes, be prepared. I wasn't with only 1 pair of pants and 1 sweatshirt. It ended up being very chilly the end of last week with more rain than I would have liked too. Today's it's in the 80's here in PA but who knows we could get a foot of snow next week!

Crowds were very minimal but I'd expect to see higher attendance over Easter break.
