How are the crowds this Weekend

For those of you who have visited during Presidents day weekend either this weekend or past years how are the crowd levels???

They are heavy until Wednesday or Thursday when they start to thin out.

Except that this time, there is a dance/cheer competition that week, there is the Mardi Gras celebration at DTD, and of course, Spring Traning starts (I don't know how this affects the crowds.). I'm going the week after Pres. day, and I'm a bit worried about the crowds from the dance/cheer competition.

I talked to FIL tonight. There are PC since Sat. He said the crowds were unreal Sat and Sun at MK for parades and fireworks. They were at AK today 1 & 1/2 wait for safari and it was over 80 degrees. They all got sunburned. Their ADR's have been running really late too especially Poly Ohana' breakfast Sunday. They are having a great time but they all agreed never President's week again. I warned them ahead of time but they wouldn't listen?

We just got back from our vacation... our last day was Saturday. It was unbearable!!!! Between the twirlers/cheerleaders, conventions and Daytona 500 ... everything was a long wait... even TTA! The beginning of the week wasn't so bad, but, it was freezing... 30 degrees on Monday! And there was a cheerleading competition also.

No more February for me... next time, I will try December!
