I have heard about the mobile ordering at the QS. Are they all doing it? Is that the only way to eat at one? I ask, because I also heard that the mobile ordering doesn’t have the kids menus and doesn’t allow changes/substitutions. DS is very picky. Curious if the QS will be viable for us. Thanks

I know many of them are allowing you to order- I specifically saw menus (paper, one time use) in Cafe 4, Mel's Drive-In, Fire Eater's Grille and Whakawaiwai eats- but they do encourage you to use the app.

Using the app gets you your food quicker. We don't have any picky eaters so I haven't tried to make any substitutions through it.

All of the QS locations we've been to did allow face-to-face ordering as well. Leaky Cauldron required app ordering.

They really encourage you to mobile order. There are no kids meals listed. Not sure why. If you don’t want mayo on something, tell the server or team member and they’ll radio your mobile order number to the kitchen staff. They make it difficult to order the regular way.

We had a waiter seat us and who was then standing right beside us when we mobile ordered. We asked for no tomato on the burger, and it arrived with no tomato.
