Howdy!!!

Taking my daughter(10) and mom in February. Staying at Pop...
on the reg dining plan.

Day 1- MK
8:15 CRT

Day 2- Epcot
8:30 Ohana Breakfast
7:00 Rose and Crown

Day 3- Hollywood Studios

Day 4- Animal Kingdom
10:15 Tusker house w/ Donald


Going to prob pay OOP for Rose and Crown. Thinking of adding 1900 Park Fare for dinner on Day 4. If we make 5 pm ressies will we be able to get to MK for parade at 7?

Figure we will wing our counter service meals...

They look ok. Personally we like dinner TS better than breakfast but if that is what you like...excellent choices.
Remember if you are going to pay for any meals breakfasts and lunchs are cheaper than dinner at TS places.

To answer your question about making the parade time...I like to leave myself at least 2&1/2 - 3 hours before the parade to schedule an adr. 3 hours if it at a resort. This will give you a buffer and travel time. And should get you back to get a nice spot for the parade.
Also depending how important it is to be right on the curb in a nice location to see the parade you should be in your spot 45mins before the parade start time.

Ditto to leaving a bit more time between adr and parade. We had dinner at 1900PF in November they were running a bit late and we were seated almost 45 minutes after our ADR. Then it took us a little over an hour to see all the caracters

Like the other pp, I think that you'd be cutting it close to see the parade.

I booked 1900 Park Fare for 5pm on my last trip and we weren't seated til almost 6pm. I asked at about 5:30pm why it was taking so long and was told that they opened at 4:30pm. If that's the case why did I get a time of 5pm when no table would possibly be open after only 30 min.

I wouldn't book anything that close. Even if you got in right away it will take about an hour. Then you have to get to MK (not long on the monorail) clear security and find your way to a spot for the parade.
