Our First Trip to WDW ADRS:

First, let me say that my kids are both picky eaters (one worse than the other) and breakfast meals give the least problems as they can eat waffles and pancakes. Another popular food item with my kids (well one anyway) are the soft pretzels. He eats them at home for lunch or dinner quite often. So, my ADRs are mostly breakfast.

Day 1 (MK - 1 of 2 days at MK) Our flight lands about 850 am.

Planned to eat late breakfast/early lunch at Magic Kingdom - waffles at sleepy hollow for the kids. DH and I are not picky so with respect to QS meals, we'll figure it out for ourselves as we go along.
Ohana 6:50pm (plan to watch electrical water pageant from poly beach afterwards)

Day 2 (DHS) - planning to make rope drop (or at least try to)

Mama Melrose (either 12:30 PM or 5:10) leaning towards 12:30 and having dinner at POFQ or DTD and go back to DHS for late EMH

Day 3 (EP - 1 of 2 days at EP)

Whispering Canyon Cafe - 8:30 am - will take cab from POFQ to WCC
Might have lunch at Sommerfest (pretzels for the boys and normal food for us grownups)
Dinner either at POFQ or POR

Day 4 (AK)

1900 Park Fare - 8:15 am (we will take cab from POFQ to GF)
possible lunch for DH and I at Flame Tree BBQ and pretzels at any stand for the boys (it is vacation - i'll just go with the flow)
Dinner at WPE in DTD.

Day 5 (MK day 2 of 2 at MK)

Crystal Palace - 10:10 am
Pirates League for the boys 1:30
Crystal Palace - 5:45 pm (will likely be cancelling - only took this to be there for MSELP - which is down during my trip :( ) Not sure about dinner and probably just a snack for lunch due to the late breakfast time

Day 6 - (EP) - Celebrating our sons' 7th birthdays

Chef Mickey's - 10:30
snack for lunch and dinner at DTD then back to EP for late EMH.

Last day :( our flight home is at 3:45

Everything looks good....I agree if you can get something else for your Crystal Palace dinner, then do it. We really like the breakfast but the dinner is just o.k. for us. Since you have picky eaters, then I would suggest doing a QS dinner at either Pecos Bills or CHH both are very good, and even if there is nothing there for your boys, you can always find something somewhere else. Have a great time.

Thanks - I'll check out the menus for Pecos Bill and CHH. I have been stressing out about my kids eating when we are at WDW but have decided that -- it's vacation and whatever they eat - they eat!!!
