How are December fast passes going?

I logged on 7 a.m. ET at 60 days out, and we got all the fastpasses we wanted for our group of 4 - SDMT, FOP, FEA, SM, etc. . Animal Kingdom is our first day, so FOP is in the evening. Works out well, though - can go right after Rivers of Light and see Pandora in the dark. We'll probably rope drop it, too... then head over to the River Journey and wait our turn.

Today was our FP+ day. We are a party of four, and were able to get everything we wanted (SDMT, FOP, Navi, FEA) at mostly great times. FOP was available on day four and day six, with several times available. These are the only days we looked at as they are our only AK days. Morning 7DMT times were not a problem? That is my concern - I want to FP that at 10:30ish.

We were able to get a morning time for the mine train without any problems. There were a lot of choices for pretty much everything.

Booked our FP's yesterday and was able to get everything we wanted within 5-10 minutes of what we had hoped for. We didn't get FOP for day 61 but had assumed that going in and got a 9AM for Navi instead. Day 65 and 67 got 9AM FOP FP's so I'm happy with that.

My day was on Monday (Happy it was a holiday). I was able to get 2 Fop one for Dec 11 and one for Dec 13. I got 7D for Dec 12 and FEA for Dec 9th. I really hate the tier system as I can not get TSMM and Rock N Roll Coaster and since we are doing more evening in Hollywood then morning we will just have to hope for left over late fastpasses or going at rope drop. Everything else was very easy to get the exact times we wanted but agree that Talking Mickey was one of the difficult ones for some reason. Good Luck to everyone.

Just made mine for my trip in early Dec. No problems getting what I wanted including FoP. I was even a day 1/2 late to make them.

The unavailability of fastpasses makes me a little nervous that the parks are going to be crowded. Or maybe they'll open up more fastpasses later? I'll keep checking back to modify.

I don't think the parks will be crowded at all. I you look at what people is booking is always the same three attractions: FOP, FEA, 7D. Others see what's being booked and decides to book the same three attractions thus creating a vicious circle of everyone booking the same thing over and over again.

If you look at FP availability throughout the day you see that every other ride, including Pan and sometimes even TSM have a pretty good FP availability up till closing time. I took upon myself to check this out last week and TSM had FP available up to 45 minutes before park closing. Same with Pan, BTMRR and Space Mountain, which never ran out of FP.

My booking date is this Sunday I believe. Do you think I will have issues for 7DMT for 6 on Day 2 (Dec 16th) of trip for Saturday am? And any difficulty for FOP for 6 on Day 5 (Dec 20th) in the late morning (we are hopping out of park in afternoon)? Trying to get an idea of how optimistic I should be. Chalk me up to being a normal Sept visitor branching out to Dec for first time, and have had zero issues before in the past as well.

I had to book mine for the last day as we weren't able to find one for the AM prior but did see afternoon

I booked for 11/27-12/7 and got everything I wanted within the first 2 hours of my window opening. Not just the right date but the right time. I had to switch ETwB to a later day but that was an easy switch. For my first AK day I tried for a later FoP and my later ak day I got 9am FP FOP.
