How are Crowds this week?

We'll be going to IOA on Friday afternoon and Univ. St. on Saturday. How have the crowds been this week? How will they be by Friday and Saturday? Does anybody know?

I was at IOA yesterday, briefly, from 3 until 6:30 or so...it was pretty congested...the wait for Spidey was around the 30-45 min mark...I don't think the lines were that long...I know for Popeye's it was only 5 minutes, and that's just the time it takes to walk to through the queue....alot of rafts went through empty...

All in all, I'd say tho that people have arrived for their vacations...but I'm a little spoiled - I wouldn't worry too much!

We were at US on Monday, 11/19 in the afternoon and walked right into Terminator, Twister and Hanna Barbera only waiting for the in-show/ride to be completed. On Tuesday, 11/20 waited approximately 30 minutes for Spidey. I left the park to return home on a family emergency but my 19 year old daughter and 10 year old son stayed and reported they pretty much walked right on anything else (except the coasters) that they wanted to do, including Jurassic Park. They went to MGM this morning and were overwhelmed by the number of people entering the park. After realizing it was going to take them more than an hour to get the small backpack they were carrying checked through security they took it back to the car. This surprised them because at US and IOA they barely slowed us down to open the same backpack and do a cursory look-see.

When I got through the gates, they check my backpack (both compartments) and both compartments to my fanny pack. It didn't take more than a minute, though.
