How are ADR's for a group of 11?

When are you going to be calling to make your 180 ADR's?

I ask because currently the ADR system is being upgraded, and if you're making them at 7am tomorrow morning then you'll get Chef Mickey, Victoria & Albert's and CRT at 180 days. You'll need to wait until the system upgrade is complete to make reservations for anywhere else. (See stickied thread at the top of this forum for more information)

If you're making reservations for your trip in 11 months (judging from your ticker) then you'll be fine when you call in May to make your reservations. Even for a group of 11. You'll probably be split into two tables, but you'll be fine calling at 180 days at 7am. When you get to the restaurant they'll try to seat you together or at least close to each other.

I will be making our ADR's 180 days out at 7 am! :thumbsup2

Will we be able to sit all together in places?

Hi
I've made reservations for large groups before (my family) so I have a little experience :)

You should be able to get tables together at most places; either by the restaurants putting tables together for you, or a lot of them have the longer booths along walls, etc, that seat you all together.

We find it more convenient to eat earlier - if for dinner, for example, get an early ADR ; when you're checking in to a practically empty restaurant, it's easier to be seated all together.

Not sure if you are aware of this, but you can only make reservations for Chef Mickey, CRT and a couple of other places right now. All other restaurants are only taking ressies through March 22nd right now while Disney is working on implementing their new reservations system. There is another thread on the boards under the dining area that kept up-to-date regarding this matter.

Good luck!

Some restaurants don't have large enough tables, so they will try & get them close together as possible. They always tell you that it's not guaranteed. Only once we were separated from our group, when we ate at Cinderella's Royal Table. They were about 3 tables away from us. Other than that, we've always been together.

I always made them for my family and we were always 15. Never had problems. You should be fine.

I just booked ADR's for a group of 13 a couple of weeks ago and we leave in a month. The Cm on the phone was pretty specific when we would be seated at different tables. Like Biergarten, they said a table only seats 8 so we would be seperated, but they would try to keep us close together.

When we went with a party of 13, 3 years ago, we ended up all together or super close at every restaurant.

One little word of advise with a such a large group, try to book buffets. I found with a large group it took forever for everyone to order drinks, then wait for them, then order food and wait for it. At least at the buffets, you can start eating whenever you want. With small kids, we find the buffets are easiest.
