How and where do I exchange my AP voucher?

My dh and I purchased annual passes for the first time this year. The operator assured me they were sending the actual passes and instead we got vouchers.

Can someone tell me how these work and where to "exchange" them.

Also, will this affect our checking into the Pop Century hotel? We are getting a shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel. Will we be able to check in with our AP rate with only the vouchers?

they do not sell actual passes via the phone, they issue vouchers.
You can activate them at guest services at one of the major parks or at guest services at Downtown Disney.
You can check in with the vouchers.

they didn't even ask for our AP vouchers at ASMu last month. We checked in and then got the real passes at MK

we exchanged our vouchers at the ttc.

we had already checked in at csr and they did not even ask to see thm.

Checked in a AsMu with voucher, no problem at all. Exchanged voucher at MK Guest Services window. Once you go through the security check, it's to your right. Took all of 10 minutes and we were in the park!
