8 theme park eateries make top 20 listing

The latest edition of the Zagat Survey's best American restaurants has rated eight theme park eateries among Orlando's top 20.

In no particular order, Victoria & Albert's at Disney World's Grand Floridian won a nod from Zagat, as did the resort's Citrico, which features French food.

Other Disney World restaurants to make the grade included: The Flying Fish, a seafood place on the boardwalk; the Contemporary Resort's California Grill; the Yacht Club Resort's Yachtsman Steakhouse and Le Cellier Steakhouse at Epcot's Canadian pavilion.

Universal Orlando landed a spot on the top 20 with Emeril's at CityWalk.

Great to hear- I think I have PS at 4 of 6 you mentioned!!! Can hardly wait.

I have had the pleasure to eat at most of the restaurants on the Zagat's list. I find it hard to believe though that Citricos has made it on this list. I don't know when the survey was taken but maybe John Slate's influence made a difference (depending on when Zagat visited). I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and felt it to be well below both the Flying Fish and California Grill's quality.

Again, nice to see so many restaurants from WDW listed on this survey but curious about Citricos.....to each his own!
