How about pictures of alcoholic drinks?

Does anyone have a suggestion for the BEST sangria in Disney World? I am a bit of an addict when it comes to sangria, and try them everywhere I go. Red wine sangria is preferable, but I will drink anything ;)

Hoop Dee Do Review has a GREAT Sangria and you get as much as you want for the price of admission! And you get a great show!

A few drinks from our trip last week...

Margarita Bar at Downtown Disney... love it there:thumbsup2

Margarita Flight at Brown Derby. This was very good... lime, orange and pomegranate (I think)...

"Hollywood Lights" from Brown Derby. Wouldn't order this one again. Too sweet and didn't seem to have any alcohol in it...

Blood Orange Margarita from La Cava del Tequila in Epcot. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 one of my favorites of the trip. It was the perfect combination of (not too) sweet and sour. The second time I ordered it, I asked that they leave the light out and it was $1.50 cheaper:thumbsup2

OK. I'm disappointed in myself not to have taken alcohol pics of my own. Always too hard after 5 drinks to remember what they were!

This thread is my dream thread! I love you all! Please keep em coming. I have resolved to drink myself around the world in a few weeks. Wish me luck!

Ahhh, the Lapu Lapu from O'hanas in all it's pineappley goodness. In less than 3 weeks another will be mine! :cool1: (However, this time I will remember that not eating for many hours before drinking one is no bueno!!)

These are also from O'hanas, but I don't remember the names.

Wait Wait Wait!

There is a margarita bar at Downtown Disney? Hmmmmm...where?:woohoo:
That Blood Orange one looks fab at la Cava...would it look bad if I dragged my 6 yr old in with me...Hey, she can have some chips and salsa!;)

No, it would not look bad! take her with you :)

Has anyone had the Yak and Yeti: Shaved Ice Martini

I saw this on the food blog
A.K.A. — the snow cone. This fun drink comes in three flavors — Grape, Cherry, and Citrus/Melon. I chose the shockingly bright green version, which included vodka, midori, and pineapple juice along with my (beloved) sweet and sour. The presentation is the best part, but who WOULDN’T want to try an alcoholic snow cone?! Find it at Yak and Yeti Restaurant in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

and this one looks interesting....
La Hacienda de San Angel: Orange Mango Fire Margarita
This firecracker of a drink has orange, mango, ginger, and lime flavors with Tabasco sauce and a “Tagin Chilli Powder” rim. It starts off with a sweet-sour kick and ends with a very spicy finish. I’ve heard that some folks didn’t find it as spicy as they’d liked, but maybe my bartender had a heavy hand with the Tabasco! You can always ask for extra-spicy… . Find it at Epcot’s new La Hacienda de San Angel.

I had the cherry one. I found it a little disappointing. The flavor was okay, but it was basically a very small cocktail poured over a large ball of ice. I feel like I only got a few sips before the snowball trapped the rest of my drink in the bottom of the glass.

Margaritas from La Cava del Tequila in Mexico. They were so yummy. I dont remember exactly what flavors, but I will definitely be going back in Sept for more.

the one on the left (orange colored) i'd bet was a blood orange margarita. i had one when i was there about a year ago and i'd swear that's what it is. don't know about the pink one though.

I thought it looked like the passion fruit. I remember the blood orange been a much deeper, more reddish orange, but it could just be the photo.
