Wow...so here we are. I started this thread in October 2009 and at that time it felt sooooooo far away. Well, I have to admit that my busy lifestyle has certainly passed the time quickly. We will be at WDW Beach Club Villas from May 5th-May 15th. I am really excited. There are a total of 19 of us. My family of four, my two brothers and their families, my sister and her family, my Mom and step Dad, my daughter's boyfriend, and my husband's brother plans to meet us there from New Mexico. We are going to have so much fun. We were last there in May 2009 for 10 days and it rained the entire vacation...every single day....so disappointing. We laugh about it now but pray that we have sunshine this time.

Enjoying hearing all of your countdowns and sharing in your excitement. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a magical Disney vacation in May!

I am soooo excited, we have just booked our first trip to WDW and we will be staying at AKL in a club room!!!!! We are from the west coast so this may be the first and only time we come this way, usually do DL since it is easier. It will be me , DH and DS, we are giving him this trip for Xmas and early bday gift. Can't wait to read all the info here, any not too miss items would be appreciated, we will be there April 30 to May 9.

bcnorth--we are also booked in an AKL club level room for May 2nd to the 8th. We love AKL but have never stayed club level before so I am totally excited about this trip! We surprised our DD and DS Christmas morning--they are now very excited to be going back! I've started a pre-trip report if you want to follow along!

Maybe we'll see you around the world in a few months!

I just changed my dates for May 1 to may 10 instead of May 27 to June 6. any idea how the crowds are then? We were just there in October and theweather was perfect and crowd level was really low. Would love to see that again in May. a girl can hope

We love going in early May--light crowds and great weather (generally)! This upcoming May will be our 4th time. Crowd level predictions for that week are looking good (IMO). The only downfall to that week is that the 6th and 7th are grad nights at MK so it closes @ 7 both evenings. But no worries...if we want to do MK either of those days then we will just tour early and hop to another park in the evening!

We are a family of 4, WDW first timers from Norway, staying 14 days at the Poly CL, from Apr 23rd to may 7th. End of easter first week an probably overcrowded, but we can live with that. Allthough I hope things are more quiet first week of May.

We are 1st timers staying in WL from 4/30 to 5/7. We are actually going a day early and so now I have to find a hotel for that one day. We booked our flights tonight, and we are set to go!

We're going back to WDW for our honeymoon, in May 2011!
After 2010 September firts trip I finally convinced my fiancee to to a WDW Honeymoon.
First we will do a Royal Caribbean Cruise (Disney line was too dear, what a pity!) to Bahammas then 9 days at PopCentury!

He was a little confused that it wasn't Disneyland but the guide book for kids helped out a lot. I just got off the phone with Disney and reduced our trip by $1000.00 for the club room through their new discount offer, have you tried that yet?

Can't wait til April 30th.......

Can I ask what your percent off was? I booked with a pin code back in October...I wonder if the current one would be more. I'm saving $980 with the one I'm using now...

I had to change my dates because of the awesome PIN I received. I am going May 9th - 12th and staying at ASSports. I might add an extra day and do a split stay. I really really REALLY want to stay at POFQ so I might just do two days at ASSports and one day at POFQ if I only go for 3 days. If I go for four days, it will be 3 days at ASSports and one at POFQ.
