How about a 2008 DDP all you wanted to know?

I have been clicking around this site trying to get a simple outline of the new 2008 Disney Dining Plans. I am especially frustrated by the locked All You Wanted to Know thread which is only 2007. Please clarify all the new plans for 2008 just like 2007. Thank you
