Housing for 21 and over

Is there separate housing for those that are 21 years and over? If not what are the alcohol policies for those that are of legal age to drink living with those that aren't?

In each of the complexes, there are two types of apartments: wellness and non-wellness. Wellness is for everyone under 21 and non-wellness is 21 and older. If you are 21+, you can choose to live in a wellness apartment (for example if you want to room with friends under 21), but you waive all rights to bring alcohol into the apartment. Even if you are 21 and you are caught with alcohol in a wellness apartment, you can be termed on the spot. Generally, it's safer to choose non-wellness if you're 21+, just in case.

There's nothing different about the apartments; it's just a classification of whether alcohol is allowed.

What if you have a friend who is under 21? Are they allowed in your apartment? Not overnight, of course, but just to play games and visit or something?

haha of course! If they're in the program and in the same complex, they can come over whenever. If they're in the program and in a different complex, you have to sign them in and they have to leave by a certain time at night (can't remember what time though). If they're not in the program, I think they have to be sixteen+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian, then they have to leave by nighttime as well.

Any restrictions (assuming you're 21) on drinking away from the apartment? I mean, obviously you can't show up to work drunk, but do they tell you anything else about where you can drink when you're not on duty? Can you go to a Disney restaurant when you're not working and have a glass of wine?

Absolutely. It's your prerogative. I know people who would clock out after their shift and go to the bar next door (I worked in a resort, so we had a bar right next to our restaurant).
