Only #2 out of these four has a second bedroom downstairs, and the outside of it looks a little bit 90's. I'm looking for a brick, stone combo.

Thanks for helping me find a house plan, guys. As you can see, it's time-intensive, but fun.

The link doesn't work :confused3

hmmm...I previewed my post and clicked on the link to make sure it worked. Very strange.

Anyway, our houseplan is the Herndon on Frank Betz website.

We liked the porch off the master and closed in down below for storage.

It probably doesn't have as much sq. ftg. as you want, I wish now it was larger. When you only have 1 child, a house seems plenty big. Now that we have 3, the house has somehow, mysteriously, shrunk.

We also, extended to put a mudroom going in from the garage.

Another good one. Not sure what you're looking for in Butler's Pantry though - walkthrough??http://www.eplans.com/house-plans.hwx/Q/Plan.HWEPL05142?searchId=116777575&offset=1#floorplan

Thats a nice one. I will say that I wish more plans would have a mud room when coming in from the garage. Stepping directly into a hallway, kitchen, or narrow utility room is not optimal. You'll end up stepping on and over shoes, backpacks, and jackets and believe me, it will drive you nuts in no time.
