House Rental?

What is the opinion of renting a villa in the Lindfield area? Any Disers stay in that area? If so how far is it from the Parks? We are toying with the idea and are a little nervous about it. Seems like we've changed our minds a thousand times but the villas seem like a good choice for familys who like to spead out. Im hoping to make a final decision. Thanks ahead of time.

Lindfields is a good community -just off the 192 not too far from the parks and attractions and the eating places along the 192.It is an established sub division so there shouldn't be any trouble with building going on as there can be with someof the newer ones.-A good choice.
You say you are nervous about renting -if you couls out your fears down I will do my best to alleviate them for you -it can be a bit nerve racking if you haven't done it before but you won't regret it I 'm sure.

beautybelle - There isn't a hotel anywhere that can match the amenities of a rental home. It is definitely the best way to do Disney for a family.

As for Lindfields, I've rented there several times. JANNYANS description is a good one. It is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Disney. It is close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is a slightly older neighborhood so no construction going on around you (not that I know of).

Thanks for the info. Im looking at a villa in the Lindfields area but as usual we havent decided yet. Where we stay seems to always be the biggest issue for us. I almost hate trying to decide.
