In the past 6-8 months, I've had 3. Carnival, TNT's Hawthorne, & Healthy Choice.


It seems to have slowed down now. I think last time I looked there were only 3 parties pending to apply for.

I applied for my first one not long ago, the Martha Stewart craft one. I am crossing my fingers and toes that I get picked for that!

I've applied for 2 and we got both -- Cartoon Network Star Wars: Clone Wars and Disney Wizards of Waverly Place. It greatly helps that I have a tween boy. I only apply for ones he really wants.

I have been impressed by both party packs, and found the House Party to be a great way to entertain.

Oh I thought they'd include a little photo printer, they're fairly cheap now, aren't they?

So they want you to use your own computer and ink?

My husband applied a few weeks ago and got selected to have a Windows 7 house party. He received a free copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. Windows 7 comes out October 22nd and he got his copy last week!

I got the Canon party pack today. It contained:

5 packs of 3x3 photo albums kits (2 per pack)
1 pack (50 sheets) 8.5x11 matte photo paper
1 pack (20 sheets) 5x7 glossy photo paper
1 pack of 4x8 glossy sheets (not suer how many are iin here)
10 packs ( 20 sheets & envelopes per pack) of 8.5x5.5 all occasion greeting cards.

This is the second house party I've quaified for. The last was Carnival Cruise Lines. I applied for several but was never selected and quit trying for a long time, until they offered the Carnival party.

Now I'm hoping I get the Martha Stewart one.

But I'm just curious, are you getting the little photo printer too? That would be sweet. If not, how about extra ink?

While I was hoping to get this party, I must say if the ink and printer aren't included, I'm glad I didn't.

But still curious if you'll get them

I love doing the House Parties.. We have been lucky enough to do 4 so far. We have done Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Wizards of Waverly PLace, South Beach Diet and Windows 7. My kids are always asking if they have any kids ones and for me to apply.. and they love going through the boxes when they come.

I would say..dont give up and keep applying. I have a friend that was upset she didnt get picked for a long time.. but recently she finally got a Lunchables party. Hang in there!!

Hi. I was selected for Cannon house party too and have to say that we are super excited. Although I need to get the ink, I think it is going to be great to have fun withour friends making the little albums.

This is the first one I applied for and I got in so I am thrilled.

I applied for the Betty Crocker one and really hope to get it!! It would be fun!

I have applied for about 8 of them and got 2. The first one I applied for, and got, was the Werthers chocolates last spring. It was awesome!! I just finished the Greenworks clothing swap. It had extras like Burt's bees chapstick for everyone.

I say keep trying!!

I signed up awhile ago applied for 3 parties and was turned down for 3 parties. My SIL signed up through Shutterfly and applied to host a Shutterfly party and was picked go figure. At least I will be attending one.
